Non vorrei dire una castroneria, ma who si dovrebbe usare solo parlando di persone. Nel caso del soggetto "mano" dovrebbe essere più indicato which o that...

Si, in effetti ero dubbioso nell'aggiungere l'alternativa con il genitivo, ma per esperienza personale ti posso confermare che gli inglesi (e gli americani soprattutto) lo usano dovunque e se ne fregano delle regole. Se questa fosse un testo di presentazione per l'esame Trinity, probabilmente avresti ragione tu. :-OO

due-tre considerazioni:
se vuoi tradurre letteralmente "Tu hai chiuso la porta" questo tempo in inglese è
un PRESENT PERFECT e si traduce con have/has + participio passato del verbo
quindi ---> "You have closed the door"
mentre il verbo scritto così: "You closed the door" è un SIMPLE PAST e si traduce
come ---> "Tu chiudesti la porta"

la presenza del genitivo sassone è consigliatissima nel linguaggio inglese e deppiù
nel linguaggio giovanile e deppiù nel linguaggio musicale
quindi ---> "my heart's door"

se baci la mano della ragazza sarà "you kiss HER hand"

con gli oggetti (non animati come Federica :-DD ) si preferisce l'uso del "which"
poi al verbo Know va aggiunta la terza persona con -s e si preferisce in questo
caso l'uso di only e non just...

in definitiva dovresti tradurlo così:

you have closed the door
my heart's door
and you have kissed, you have kissed her hand
in your hand there is another hand
in your hand which knows only me

e poi non farti di questi problemi di grammatica, nelle canzoni in inglese si sparano
un mondo di parole senza senso e messe nell'ordine meno giusto, quindi....
